I am humbled, honored, and previlaged to be chosen by the executive committee and members as the president of the UK Magar Association, Wembley, Middlesex branch. On behalf of the new executive committee, I would like to thank all members for giving us the opportunity to serve you and we request your support and active participation in the activities of UK Magar Association, Wembley, Middlesex.

We need your comments, suggestions and constructive criticism, as well as we attempt to learn and succeed in this challenging tasks. We look forward to incorporating all members enthusiasm and new ideas with this managing committee.

I am also deeply grateful to my predecessor Mr Krishna Raj Rana for his outstanding contribution and dynamic leadership to the UK Magar Association, Wembley, Middlesex branch.

Our focus is to keep in touch with our members regularly and help and assist them in an emergency.

We are honored and privileged to serve all our members. We look forward for all your cooperation and guidance.

What is Executive Committee?

The Executive committee is the main management body or committee board members of the Association (Organization) who have been elected or selected from the members and appointed to act on behalf the community (Organization) within their tenure and must be trustworthy and loyal to the members and Association (UKMAWMB).

The Executive committee has the authority to make decisions and ensure that these decisions are carried out efficiently and accurately without delay within the Consultation 2005/12, rules and regulations of the UK Magar Association Wembley Middlesex, Branch (UKMAWMB).

Typically, UKMAWMB’s Executive committee consists of President, Vice-president, Secretary, Assistant Secretary, Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer and 5 other members, a total of members 11.

5 members were appointed to act the following duties and responsibilities from the committee board members (UKMAWMB) on 5th June 2012:

1. Public Relation (PR) and Events Coordinator (UKMAWMB)
2. Food and Beverages Secretary (UKMAWMB)
3. Entertainment /Culture Secretary (UKMAWMB)
4. Media/Web /Design Secretary (UKMAWMB)
5. Sports/Transport Secretary (UKMAWMB)

What does the Executive commitee do?

1. For simple roles develop community policies for engaging with community’s meeting GM/AGM/Team discussion and training programme organised by the association etc. and representative meeting, seminar, party and function when asked by the committee on behalf of the association.
2. Executive committee should ask for help and suggestions from the Advisory body/ area representatives or any other outside parties to improve the standard of the association.
3. Executive committee have a key role to play in creating ideas and discussions amongst the members, passing them and putting them into practice.
4. Any issues arising in the community should always be discussed within the group and action to be taken as necessary.
5. Take care of Association properties, keep records and audit at least once a year and update accordingly.
6. Quick reaction, responding to members request for assistance, assisting situation, working together or any emergency that could happen within the Community
7. Shared responsibility, resolve a problem arising within the community
8. Look after the Welfare of the family and children etc. (prevent them from getting bored, bulling and crime etc).

UKMAWM Branch has been established to unite all Magars tribe who live around Wembley, Middlesex area under the banner of UKMAWM branch and to look after each other in the difficult time. Every year, we have been organizing various programmes and events to promote and preserve Magar's culture, tradition and language alive. Magar's women and youth are to be involved to participate in every events and programme organised by UKMAWM Branch so that it helps to transite and alive our culture, tradition and language to the future generation and they can take over it. Regardless of politic and religion once you born in Magar family you always be proud of Magar.
