Conclusion

UK Magar Association Wembley, Middlesex, Branch was formed on 10th of October 2005 primarily to look after the welfare and solve any problems that occur within the association working together and giving hand to hand to each other. It is an honorable association that fulfills its every objective with loyalty and will carry it out with no deception towards any ones faith. We always try our very best to stay on task and not loose our tracks of our goal. Nevertheless, our strongest weapon is our members that are reliable and trustworthy to depend on. We hope our members and their families support us in our work to make it much better in the coming future and for future generations.

Running the association is not an easy task. There must be mutual trust amongst the Executive committee members and all the members to run the association smoothly. The three committees, Executive Committee (UKMAWMB), Women Committee and Youth Committee and Area Representatives Members must co-operate with each other. The Advisors Committee should advise and supervise the Executive committee.

The area representatives are the right hand of the Executive committee members and should always support them. If there are any problems in the area, they should first try to solve it themselves and if it’s not possible then they should pass on to the Executive committee. Everybody should work under the constitution 2005/12 to fulfill the objectives of the association and also be reminded that no one can misuse the association’s fund. If it found misused, serious disciplinary action will be taken against the culprits. It is the responsibility of all the members to help and support the executive committee members. Whichever parts of Nepal we come from and whatever different types of cultural traditions we used to follow in Nepal! Let’s work together in unity and set up the one new system and policy here in the UK.

Finally, Let us set the foundation by being positive and improve our system better for future generations. (If anyone feels the committee being unfair, please alert appropriate committee as soon as possible). This is your main task and responsibility, please be on Guard!!

Please pass on this message to your friends, families and relatives and encourage them to join this Magar community.

We would like to welcome all Magars to join this community (UKMAWMB).

We (Executive committee) would also like to thank you all members and their families those who have been already joined and given their best contributions towards the association.

God bless you all!

Krishna Raj Rana

President

On behalf of the Executive Committee (UKMAWMB) and their families.
